We are unsatisfied with your counter person mrs lovelt.Yesterday i was not able to get into flyte from chennai airport.I lost around 14350 rs the tickets was for 5 people.We reported at 19.40pm the departure was at 20.30pm the flyte name is sg605, chennai to kochi.I lost that money i needed back that money or else i will send a legal notice to you, i want a compensation of rs 1.Laks.
Request u to take an immediate action.Your people did permit mee to enter the boarding .Please consider as a notice.
