Greetings. On 25th August '23, your colleague from Spice Jet ticketing called me and insisted to make the same payment for the second time, even though I told her I have already been charged on my card and the money is deducted from my debit account.
She claimed it would be refunded and to insisted to send an email to customer relations, from then on I have been sending constant emails and finally they confirmed on the 1st September that my details have been sent to the concerned department for refund on priority and that I'll receive my refund in 7 working days. Snaphots and details of everything, which have been enclosed.
Further details are given below. Im not able to understand, why are they not returning my payment even after confirming refund, they shouldnt charge 2 times in the first place. Please help me.

Airline should be professional to return the money. First of all they should not take booking if they are going to cancel the flight
