This incident occurred on 1st June, 2015.
The spice jet employees handled our flight cancellations very poorly. No people were found there to handle the customers or provide any help whatsoever. The employees were rude to the highest degrees and proceeded to ask useless as well as stupid questions. We were asked why we had been waiting inside the airport and told that any other flight or hotel arrangements should have been made outside. Considering that our flight was scheduled at 5:50 pm and we were there for all of two hours, it is safe to say that your employees are completely at fault. Since we could not leave the airport without a Spice jet employee and no other arrangements had been made, we had patiently been making our own arrangements. We are not asking for any unreasonable requests. We understand the airline's predicament. After all, cancellations happen all the time. However, the way the employees treated us was deplorable and request that in the future, you give employees basic service training. We are very disappointed with Spice Jet and could not with our conscience recommend this service to anyone. We hope you will improve your services and take this as constructive criticism. ( I sincerely hope that you will find the shameful employee and teach him the most basic of etiquette! I will apologize though for raising my voice.
