We have upgraded our tickets to spice max.. We were sitting in the second row.. Food in the menu was not available.. Cabin crew asked to wait for a while so that she can check whether the food is available.. And she didnt have the courtesy to come back and let us know that the food is not available... Had to wait for a long time.. Then we had to call the cabin crew to ask for food.. She came back and nothing was available by that time.. And gave cashew nuts for which she asked money also..
Priority tag was not there in one of my baggage and had to wait for a long time
