Spice Jet Airlines — Postponed the time to 7 hours and not able to cancel the ticket. | |||
I have booked ticket from Chennai to Madurai on Apr 03, 08:30 AM. I received a sms, saying that the flight is postponed to 04:30 PM, which is postponed by 8 hours. I have tried to customer care, but not able to reach. I have sent mail and I received a autoreply saying that " If your flight has been cancelled or rescheduled by 90 minutes or more please visit our website http://changes.spicejet.com, for alternate option or full refund." I have visited the site and while trying to cancel, It said that "Dear customer, since your flight has not been cancelled or rescheduled by 90 minutes or more. please modify your booking through the Manage my Booking section".
