Spice Jet Airlines — purchase spice max for extra leg space but the seats have been changed

I had bought spice max for my flight from pune to dubai for extra legroom seat charges were rs.1200. Due to change in flight the seat charges are now the normal seats and the charge per seat is rs. 450. I had reserved these seats as my parents are elderly. There is no update to me on refund and change in seats. No help from calling customer care too.
