Spice Jet Airlines — Refund against cancellation including compensation for sudden cancellation

Dear Sir, I, Belal Md Ali Khan, having Spice jet PNR no.YYPPTC, flight no. SG 377 PAT-MUM dated, 31st July 2021 was cancelled suddenly.

I was stuck at Patna airport with my luggage and this unplanned cancellation disturbed me a lot. I need my full ticket refund of 5400 including compensation of 10000 for such harassment. Even though last message has come at 11:42 am on 31st July for Web-check in (message screenshot attached).
