Spice Jet Airlines — Refund amount is not provided to Account against flight cancellation

I have booked a Flight ticket on 2-June-2020 with No proper reasons Flight Has been Cancelled by Spicejet.So, Amount has not been Credited back to my bank account it has been added in Credit shell wallet.
I couldn't get back the Money to my bank account.so I have booked one more flight in 8-June-2020 As i don't have money to book one more Flight in Diffrent Airline.This Fight also has been Cancelled with out any Proper reason.
Spicejet Customer Care is not giving back a proper Response For refunded the money back to my Account.they are Asking me to use it before march-21.
