I am Raman Preet Kaur, I have booked 2 Spicejet Flight tickets from Jaipur to Amritsar (Return), via Make my trip- Booking ID was- NF7UV4MONV197H1J0383. I have a series of issues with this flight, I will try and write in sequence and will also request you to kindly consider my situation and take the action accordingly.
1) To start with I booked the ticket for 13th Aug, from Jaipur to Amritsar, the return was on 15th August, I planned it well in advance, i.e. 1st Aug, and booked the ticket accordingly. The amount paid was Rs. 23258/- . One of the major reasons for booking SPICEJET FLIGHT was direct connectivity.
2) FYI, as our plan was confirmed, I booked a room for 2 nights, Paid around 6000 Rs. for the same - which was non-refundable.(if required would share the receipt of the same)
3) Now the series of trouble starts, I got an automated call from Spicejet on 7th Aug, one week later, saying that due to operational issues, our flight was revised to the next day, from Jaipur to Amritsar (via Delhi), so now the date has changed and entire travel time has come to a total of around 14 hrs, morning 6:25- 20:50 pm. Our first thought of booking a Spice jet flight was a mere waste of time now.
4) Anyways, cause I didn't have any option we agreed to change our flight, with an additional cost again, Rs. 500/- extra when I did the web-check in, because, I had to select another additional flight seat as if this was by choice.

** Here if you remember I had already booked the hotel which was non-refundable for 13th Aug*
5) As a responsible person, I did the web check-in for all the flights, the one where we were returning back as well, Amritsar to Jaipur on 16th Aug, PNR- X7Q77Y
6) Another shocking news was on the way, On 11th Aug, I got a call again, that due to operational issues, YET AGAIN, our return flight was rescheduled to 18th Aug 2022. 16th Aug to 18th Aug, WHY???
The option of cancellation was not included here the auto call message said, to take the new boarding pass and go to the spicejet link, I had NO OPTION for cancellation, with FULL REFUND. This was not a valid thing at all.
I tried canceling the flight from the SPICEJET portal itself, and the total amount that it shows is RS. 4474/- only. Now, this is again not acceptable.
I have loss of money, my time, and my peace. Just FYI, even calling at customer care did not help, no one is reachable.
I am deeply unsatisfied with the services of SPICEJET.
I have already raised a complaint with MAKEMYTRIP, I can share the complaint number if required.
I demand compensation for more than just my canceled flight amount. I have also written a mail to SPICEJET nodal officer, did not receive appropriate response.
Hoping for some response. and entire refund of my cancelled flight- PNR- X7Q77Y.
