My name is megha i have called customer care in the morning to check that my ok to board is upadated or not... After confirmation your executive offered me some facilities but i misunderstood that those were related with my check in process and i made payment of rs.4280, i thought my seat is not booked yet so made payment for that... But after talking to my relative i realised i have already booked economy ticket so is no need to pay any extra amount now.. Please refun my money... I dont want any add on service it was happened because of misscomunication my pnr no. Is fcpnwn
