I am koyel Banerjee, I had a ticket from Kazi Nazrul Islam airport at 9.55 pm time Andal to Chennai airport on 18/07/2022. whose PNR no -HH37PK, my mother Shampa Banerjee for whose treatment we had to take an appointment. And fit to travel or flay, prescription. But your staff and doctor did not allow us to go on the flight. We are very harassed with that sick person. But your employee gave us a commitment to return our money within 7 to 14 days. We were 4 passengers 1-Krantimay Mandal, 2-Koyel Banerjee, 3-Shampa Banerjee, 4-Kuvam Mandal . They said they will refund all o[censored]s. Then we left there. Then we contacted the airport authority Spice jet, they just promised us. So far we haven't received the refund. My mother is a sick person who only depends on her pension. Sir, judge my complaint with humanity.
