Spice Jet Airlines — Refund complaint

Hi this is to inform you that I am not getting my refund for the reference id “[protected]” and amount of Rs “2924”debited from my account the screenshot is attached below.
I have been trying from 16th December by mailing and calling to your custrelation team of spicejet no one is replying also they are asking for what all things card detail authorization code I am not getting it why am I supposed to give all this details when I am attaching my bank statement.
Please kindly help me with it. As I am not expecting anything from spicejet I have lost hope from them
