I had flight booking for 28th March (PNR: JJELKB) from Mumbai to Leh and I had opted for Covid Test service which was scheduled on Thursday 25th March for me and my family.
But due to sad demise of my family member same morning, I had to cancel my trip and Covid Test service for which Rs. 897 (Rs 299 per person) was already paid.
Test Appointment reference numbers are as follows,

3. Rishita Devaliya - SH27035443
Since cancellation, I have written multiple mails to Customer Service along with calls bit till date there is no reply. Have also escalated matter to Nodal and Appellate officer but again no reply from them.
