Due to covid 19 the nation is under a lockdown. Instead of providing a refund foe our tickets booked well in advance the airline is holding the money in the a credit shell. I fail to understand why this inconvenience and harassment to customers for no fault of theirs. I request a full refund as i'm not sure when i may be able to travel next and i also may find other modes of commuting in the future if not this specific airline. During times so sensitive and crucial like this when cash crunch is the a major concern airlines holding our money is like holding us hostage n harassing us. Please help.
