I tried to book a ticket from Mangalore to Dubai on 27th September 2022.
I paid the amount with CVV and OTP. An amount of AED 2082.7 immediately got deducted from my credit card and the final page showed that there was an error in booking ticket. No PNR was generated.
I immediately called customer care 3 times who said the money would be auto refunded. I then emailed nodal officer who said it would be refunded within 10 working days, upon following up they said it would take 20 working days.
Last time i faced the same issue, and the money was refunded after a year after following up so much.
Please look into this as i have been charged in my current credit card statement. Was this information helpful? |
