[Resolved]  Spice Jet Airlines — Refund not made twice

Hi! Gaurav here. I recently mailed spicejet costumer care regarding the tickets booked by me on 14 dec 2014. The money got deducted from my account and tickets were not booked by spice jet airlines. I booked the tickets again on 15 dec 2014. To my surprise the money got deducted again and the tickets were not booked. Now spice jet holds my INR 6566/- twice without having booked my tickets even once. As a proof I am attaching the screen shot of my account from which the amount of INR 6566/- base been deducted twice (once on 14 dec 14 and second on 15 dec 14). on top of that I have been trying their costumer care numbers since last 42 hours. Your number[protected] is always found busy and number[protected] is found unavailable or out of service. To my luck i got connected through to previous number thrice however the answering machine made me hold for about ten minutes all the time and i couldn't find any representative free for explaining my grievance . attached please find the account details and the money deducted. As i have been trying to book the tickets since last two days, the fare would have gone up for 25 dec 14. Its up to you to decide whom to find responsible for this mismanagement. It speaks very poor of the spice jet airlines. I hope that you revert back to my query so that i can get my money back asap and please help me out with the bookings.
