I had a booking last year having PNR no : NHICTH, the flight got canceled at that point of time due to the COVID situation and the amount was allocated to my Credit Shell, the expiry of the credit shell is on 25th May 2021.
However with the current situation i don't see any change of travelling within May 2021. The balance amount in my Credit Shell is 8762/-( refer the screenshot below. So i requested for refund of my full amount, which was acknowledged by Spice jet and they responded and asked for my bank accounts but after that they stopped making the refund and whenever i have mailed them they have a standard reply as " we are sorry, pls keep patience". I have enclosed all my mail communication i had with this nonsense airline company. to my surprise i have marked all my mails to their MD Mr. Ajay Singh but unfortunately he is another garbage Dumbo who doesn't have any say.
