Dear Team,
I have tried booking airline ticked on 17th March. During the payment transaction has been failed, Amount has been debited from the credit card 2 times
1793.70 * 2 = 3587.40 AED has been deducted in credit card.
As per Spice Jet refund policy, Amount should be refund to my account within 7-10 working days, Still they are telling there is a technical glitch amount is still not processed.
I have escalated to their nodal officer and Appellate authority, I'm not getting any resolution yet from their end. Still they are dragging this issue.
Please do help on resolving this issue.
