I am an UAE resident. I cancelled my ticket from SpiceJet (PNR-UFNMXD) one month back. I was informed within 20 days I will get the refund of AED 652.40/ after deducting their charges. I waited 20 working days, then also the refund not credited .I made many calls from overseas to customer care and sent multiple emails to all available customer service email IDs, including higher authorities, escalation departments etc.. and I am getting notified with the same reply that the refund is in process, the team is working on it, etc.. It is more than one and half months now. The amount is not yet credited in my account and I have requested to share the reference number(ARN / merchant confirmation number) for checking with my bank if they already processed the refund, but that also not providing by them. It is sad to inform that this is a very bad experience as a customer from the SpiceJet. I was waiting for long time after the cancellation for a refund and it is still going on in a loop without a proper solution. Was this information helpful? |
