Spice Jet Airlines — Refund not received yet

I have cancelled my tickets for Bangalore-Jharsuguda flight (PNR:QHMTTK) due to Spicejet's last moment flight reschedule. Upon cancellation, I was provided with the option to opt for refund and I chose the same. However, it's been a month since I cancelled my tickets and am yet to receive my refund. Spicejet have been very unhelpful and incompetent with the worst customer service where there is no way you connect with their customer care executive.

Refund amount : Rs. 12496

Please help me get my refund at the earliest.
