I had booked a flight from hyderbad to goa on June 23/2022, 7 10 am . The flight was rescheduled to 19.10 evening by the airlines and I received a mail stating that we can cancel the ticket with full refund if we don't wish to travel. I cancelled the ticket and got the status that refund will be received in 21 days in changes.spicejet.com website. My pnr no WB9QFP/SG. It has been 3 months and I have still not received the refund. When I called customer care they tell that pnr is invalid or the server is down. When I told them that I am able to access the pnr status from my internet they say that they are still unable to access the site .
