The flight was re-directed to ahmedabad airport instead of landing in mumbai due to flooded runway. There in ahmedabad airport your staff assured us the refund of tickets in 10 days for the inconveniences caused by attesting on the boarding pass. Attached herewith the scanned copy of boarding pass which is cancelled by your staff with their signatures. The baggage’s were also delivered to us very lately because of which we had to face more further problems.
We returned from ahmedabad to mumbai by car which cost us rs.18, 000/ —
We thus request you to kindly take immediate action on this and refund air ticket cost.
