Spice Jet Airlines — refund of airport taxes

I was travel on 9 july 2017 new delhi to kolkata. My pnr no. Vew69h. My ticket booked by a travel agency. After my travel i was received a msg by spicejet they refund me of airport tax rs.552. They are sent refund direct travel agency. I was contact to agency they are not received refund till now but spicejet saying they are sent amount to travel agency. What i do for my refund
