I had been booked a flight ticket from ahmedabad to chennai and return journey chennai to ahmedabad on dated 24.03.2020 to 31.03.2020 respectively and booked the ticket through make my trip how is service partner/agent of spicejet. And the amount paid by me via my yes bank credit card ending no. Xxx 2121 for rs.18500/-
Due to covid-19, i am not able to travel and i made request on to cancel my ticket and refund the amount in the case of flight non operational.
Both the flights cancelled and today i am receiving massage from make my trip that you are having only rs.2601/- instead off 18500/- which i spend.
Sir you know very well the due to the corona virus spreading we are not able to travel in this time, also you are not operate the flight on 24.03.2020 and 31.03.2020. Why my spending amount is detected.
In this connection the undersigned tried several time to reach you, your all call centres were closed due to covid-19. Now you are making malpractice that you are not refunding the full payment.
You are requested to please refund my further payment of rs.15899/- without further delay.
