On 22.June.2022, I tried to book a flight ticket on spicejet website. Booking failed, but Rs. 52700/- was withdrawn from my account. Spicejet immediately called me and said that if transaction did not complete in 30 minutes, I would automatically get a refund. After 1 hour, I called support team and was asked to submit a ticket with transaction details, so that refund could be expedited. Submitted ticket: 10010992. Nothing happened.
On 29. June.2022, I ot an email asking me to submit necessary details via a link received by email from Spicejet. I uploaded all the requested information on that link. Received a response on 01. July.2022 confirming receipt of the info and processing of refund.
As nothing happened until 08. July.2022, I again called ths customer support number and also escalated it to Nodal Officer of Spicejet. Case No: 10051015. Other than a automated email, even from Nodal officer, I received no response.
On 11. July. 2022, a Customer Relations person, regretted the delay, without any information on when I would get my money.
When I called again today, the support colleagues, blamed the delay on me: They said I had not submitted all requested information and asked me to submit a full bank statement, which proves that I have not received the refund!!
Please help!
