[Resolved]  Spice Jet Airlines — refund of ticket amount

HI Team,

while i'm Booking ticket with spice jet on 3rd of June . the ticket was not confirmed and the amount was detected from my credit card and they is no response from spice jet customer care they are not at all responding to emails and while im tracking with complaint number they are not sharing the ETA, my question is why they are holding the amount when ticket is not booked
