My name is Gaganpal Singh Sethi, and I am an Indian residing in the UAE. I had purchased tickets (PNR:- NB9M2J, UI2S4E (Divided PNR - YH1WJK)) in March 2020 from Spicejet for to-fro India travel for me and my family. Unfortunately the flights were cancelled because of the recent Coronavirus situation, and the airline put the total amount in a Credit shell. Early 2021, I used some of the amount & Spicejet had agreed to refund the remaining, but still did not receive. Highly disappointed by the airline’s treatment of the issue. Like almost everyone, I am also going through a tough financial situation here. I have been following up with them for months now, but all I have got from them in return is mental agony, suffering and harassment. Very kindly requesting to resolve the matter at the earliest. The story without the attached evidences is difficult to manage.
"Credit shell" is unknown method of keeping money in the civil aviation.
If you wish to reimburse the losses, you need to collect the main evidences
(primary ticket, payment document, notice on cancellation of the primary flight, notice on transfer of defined amount to "Credit shell", document on the latest use of "Credit shell" - ticket, your latest complaint on refund or similar electronic submission, the reply of air carrier, if given),
to find the UAE lawyer and to submit the suit case to UAE court in place of your residence.
