Spice Jet Airlines — refund of tickets due to natural calamity

We have tickets booked from del to kerala for 20 sep and return. Spicejet is denying changing the ticket to different destination and also not arranging to refund the ticket. As per the current situation it is not possible to visit kerala as a tourist for few months due to so many issues. Airline is not cooperating at all. We are coming from australia.
