Spice Jet Airlines — Refund on cancelled flight ticket

The following tickets were booked in the Spicejet flight, flights were cancelled by Spicejet. Later I had sent several mail to the customer care email - [protected]@spicejet.com and several time i tried to call the customer care number[protected] but they will hold the call for more than 30 minutes and I never had spoken to any one. I request you to refund the amount.

The experiences with Spicejet is horrible, they never bother about the customer.
