Spice Jet Airlines — Refund on cancelled services

Respected sir,
I booked flight tickets from Hyderabad to vàranadhi and vàranadhi to Hyderabad.
Services were cancelled by specejet itself. Both the tickets were cancelled. Till now refund not received yet.
For live chat also no one not available.
Please provide the refund details on below cancelled tickets
