Spice Jet Airlines — Refund should be submitted to bank account not to credit shell.

My flight was cancelled due to corona crisis and ticket amount was deducted from bank account. After that it was credited to credit shell then we booked flight . Due to personal problem we cancle flight. Whatever amount we get after cancelletion is credited to credit shell. It should be credited to our bank account. As per your rule, cancellation charges deducted.
I request to you that final amount should be credit to our bank account not to credit shell.
