Spice Jet Airlines — refund stuck with airlines - spicejet booking pnr ac1cwd: 21 dec 2018

I have sent numerous mails to your team regarding my refund however i am yet to receive even one simple response.
the entire team of spicejet is very ignorant and irresponsible. i have also marked emails to the nodal officers however no response still.
i would appreciate if this complaint reaches a person in your organisation who has the decency to respond.
