Spice Jet Airlines — Refunding money back

I have booked the ticket of my partner but they have not booked the ticket they have deducted the money from the account and they were not answering properly and they just said it will be refunded back and eamil also didn't came so plz refund the money so we can just book the another ticket as ASAP refund the money
