Spice Jet Airlines — refusing complimentary hotel stay for 2 days

I took connecting flight from Mumbai to dhaka via kolkata SG 490 and SG71 on 13/6/19. Unfortunately the flight from Mumbai to Kolkata got delayed by 6 hours. We were kept unaware of the exact take of time all way along. Meanwhile our connecting flight from Kolkata to Dhaka took off. Now I with my parents are stuck at Kolkat. My father is a patient of cancer and currently receiving treatment in tata hospital. This delay of flight has caused us muh inconvinience. The next flight the have given us is on 17/6/19 so we are stuck at Kolkata for 4 more days. But the authority is giving us hotel stay for 2 days only. My father has a chemotherapy scheduled after 2 days. So ill have to check out the day he will be receiving chemo. Kindly requesting higher authority to extend our hotel stay for 4 days. Hi I have booked flight on 3 june and i reached airport 35 mins from the boarding time and they dont allow to travel please refund my money back This was very harrassing incident please do something in respect to this.
