This is to inform you that i had a flight from goa to delhi on 20.03.2019 scheduled from 9:30 pm which was later on delayed for one hour & again for 1 hour. My pnr no is s6ly3f.
I just wanted to know who will be responsible for the inconvenience caused to us due to delay in flight.
I have so many reviews from people that don't go with such a pathetic airlines & now i had experienced the same.
Airline had just offered the food to travelers unfortunately we did not received food also.
I just want to know if just offering the food can compensate inconvenience caused to us.
There are no norms for the flights in case of delay or there is no compensation by the flight for the victims? Was this information helpful? |
