Spice Jet Airlines — Regarding flight delay

Dear sir,

This is reference to above booking for pnr o3sm4v from spice jet airlines
Date 20th may from kolkata to new delhi at 8.30 pm from kolkata and arrival at 10.30 pm which has been delayed and the arrival time now is 11.25 pm, whereby i will not be able to take my onward journey and miss my further travel. So i would request the airline to make the travel on a earlier flight without any charge or cancel the above pnr and provide full refund for the same, as this delay is due to the airlines and for which the customer is suffering. So please advise as early as possible enabling me to book a new ticket or
Getting the entire refund.

Expecting an early reply for the same.
I am enclosing my flight ticket and my onward journey tickets for your confirmation.

Now after speaking to there customer services they have refused to change to another flight or give the entire refund

Please advise what to do.
