Spice Jet Airlines — Regarding my REFUND of Cancelled air ticket by Spice Jet

Our PNR No. LEGKSQ is till date not received full refund this pnr no. Journey date 20 June 2020, this date not operate this flight so we request airlines refund but airlines not refund.Nothing response from them.
but we require refund so do the needful
