Actually tushar a restaurant owner traveled from bangalore to patna on dated 22nd of january 2021 with my sister and mother.. First of all when i went to the baggage drop counter at bangalore airport.. The way lady from the counter behaved was really unacceptable.. The way she was talking i felt like spice jet is doing favour upon me and my family taking us to patna then too i thought let it be but when i boarded the flight and after dat i pressed the button over top for water the the bell was continuously ringing and the attendant was standing us few seats away from me and den too he didn’t respond i waited for sometime then i stated calling him excuse me sir i called thrice but den too he didn’t respond when i got angry i called him loud then he said u can’t speak to me like dis else i will deplane you as if spice jet is taking us to patna free of cost.. Really horrible experience..
M a frequent flyer but i hv never encountered such things with other airlines but spice jet really hat’s off to you guys.. I really left like i am travelling in a local bus somewhere in a small town which contains a cheap conductor really a sarak chap one.. Guys i would really suggest you not to take any of spice jet flight.. Plz don’t waste your money guys and plz don’t let des people ruin your self respect.. The details of the flight is enclosed alone as proof.. Plz do take strict action against spice jet so dat they can’t do the same with other customers..
