This is really # service counter was close for chk in and i have to miss my flight.. It was juz a mere delay by 5 minutes.. I have to travell to mumbai from kolkatta flight no. Sg 6425.. Flight departure timing was 6am in morning.. I was late by 5 min i. E 5.20 am.. There was a big queue at baggage check in... No such announcement was made... When i came for chk.in they said counter is close... I told them there was big queue and u have to consider that but the manager miss/ mrs sulanga. Was not ready to help.in any way and was asking again and again to buy new tickets which costed me around 15000... That is really a poor service for customers.. And i request the spice jet committee to look into this seriously.. Waiting for your reply.. When asked for complain copy she gave me page which was tore so that company name shall not be seen..
