I had a flight from Darbhanga to Mumbai on 12th of December, 2020. And paid additional Rs 2500 for the luggage. Also, received the notification on mobile that the luggage has been loaded. As a general passenger, I believed on the notification and on-boarded the flight. When I arrived at Mumbai airport, I waited for almost half an hour for my luggage, but it never arrived. I checked with the SpiceJet ground staff and he confirmed that the luggage was not loaded in Darbhanga itself, and he raised a ticket then and there itself (ticket no: BOMSG2031664M)
After all barriers, I received my luggage after 2 days at my door step. I checked and found that all new clothes, personal belongings (jewelleries) and some important documents were missing.
I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT NOT LOADING MY LUGGAGE WAS ALL INTENTIONAL!
SPICEJET SERVICES ARE HELL WORST, PATHETIC!!!
I have raised a ticket for the same, but seeing the services I don’t believe that they are even going to provide the compensation for this.
It seems it is now very common thing happening in SPICEJET. Few days back, the similar incident happened for a flight from Darbhanga to Bangalore. Request you guys to be careful and aware of this while booking tickets for SPICEJET.
