Spice Jet Airlines — service not provided properly

Yesterday i take a flight (Sg 169) from delhi to mumbai my pnr no is mfic6u. During a check in at mumbai airport. I pay 1000 rs for a spicemax service.in which i have to get an free meal nd entertainment service. But in a flight i never get this service as i expected like in flight i never get any service for entertainment and in a meal i also never get a water bottle nd proper meal which i want. Which i never like
