Spice Jet Airlines — sg745 was cancelled and they didn't inform travellers till the time of web check in

I booked a spicejet flight sg745 from kochin to bangalore for 21st april 6.15am on 5th april. And they didn't inform me that they had cancelled this flight and i came to know this only on 20th april when i tried to do webcheckin. Now on this last min i had to pay 3times fare to book another flight (Air asia). Actually this calls for a compensation as its mistake of spicejet team who failed to informed traveller and caused this extra loss. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

In brief, nobody must examine anonymous and indeffinite complaints.
