Spice Jet Airlines — Shell wallet amount to be used in future

We have approched cusomer care several tmes but did not get any responsehave booked 4 tickects and now I am not able to use shell wallet amount for future as my parents are aged (66 and 82) due to carona situation and other age factors. Please provide solution in such scenario:-
1) Could we get return amount by cancellng the tickets.
2) Could we transfer the tickets to other person who are interested in travelling wih in feb21.
3) Shall we forget our amount
