On 10 Feburary 2024, I had a flight number SG111, PNR -OGB88N/ SG from Mumbai to delhi with a departure time of 22:55. By the time, I reached the Airport it was informed to me that flight got delayed due to operational reason and departure time changed to next day 11 FEB 2024 on 02:00AM.
After meeting the SpiceJet staff, I requested for lounge access & refreshments as the delay time was about 3 hrs, but they denied. We asked for compensation, nothing was provided.
The flight finally took off around 2:00 am next day and I reached Mumbai at 4:38 am.
Inconvenience caused:
1. I booked the morning flight as I had to go to Lonawal & Pune at two location for meeting early. Due to which i had to bear extra Rs, 1810 hotel expenses and meeting point expenses in hotel.
2. I had booked a taxi to pick me up in the morning at 1:30 am, since the delay was more than 3 hrs, taxi driver denied to pick me up and I didn't get any reimbursement of my money Rs 2150/-. Who will be responsible for that?
3. I took refreshment at airport of Rs 500/- due to delay of flight
I request the consumer support team to please consider the above complaint about SpiceJet airlines and provide me full reimbursement of the Airlines ticket and compensation for the above grievances. Was this information helpful? |
