Spice Jet Airlines — spice jet & their callousness

This has been so bad experience with spice jet ; they have cancelled our tic from bagdogra to blr at the last moment because of the Boeing issue; that also only by sending a mail ; they had mentioned one number which never got connected ;no calls ;;neither their customer care got connected.Online refund also cnt be done ; such callousness never expected from a service provider

this number never ever ever got connected; As i asked for refund that also not working and sent multiple mails, still no response
