Spice Jet Airlines — Spice max & your staff

Kindly note I travelled from kolkata to bangkok in SG83. I upgraded from normal to spice max paying inr2300/-. We were promised that we will have priority baggage claim, but sorry to say the bags came only after about 50 bags. Which is totally a fraud and I am going to complain to consumer rights department.
Apart from that your staff is sir rude and uncultured they wake me up from sleep to take the card from the seat next to me, such a inhuman nature. Definitely I will never fly with you but will put this on public forum also.
If you don't care about your fellow passengers even we don't care for you.
You have to learn to adhere what you promise.
