I must have taken atleast 15 flights after creating my spiceclub account. Since last 3 months i have been struggling to add loyalty points to my spiceclub account. The end result is, even at the end of 3 months i have not been successful to add even single flight to my account and give a kick-start.
I have been constantly writing to spicejet customer relationship email id. Most of the time they don't reply due to lethargic attitude. Than i have to call-up their customer relationship no. And than they remind their it team to reply me. Than i get reply from their it team after 3 days. What i could guess from their reply is, their it person has very poor knowledge. Their reply is always unsatisfactory with my issues unresolved. They somehow try to dodge the main issue and i am sure must be thinking on how to get rid of this issue for time being. Must be thinking let the customer write once again as by doing that they get temporary tome of 4-5 days.
