Our baggage for PNR R613QB for flight SG 696 were not loaded and we were told after landing in guwahati that our 6 bags have not arrived.
same was the case for many other passengers.
Flight was also delayed for 30 mins probably because they were unloading bags.
We received message that our bags were successfully checked in to flight SG 696 Screenshot of which I am attaching.
Yet on the airport on even landing they made excuse with us that we checked in late and refused to deliver our bags even when they were clearly loaded to the flight more than an hour before departure.
We were there as a tourist and 1 whole day iwas wasted because we had to stay here and wait for baggage next day and our money and time has been wasted. Also two of the people with us had their medicines in bag
there was consideration really for anything when they held bags back.
This caused us wandering around unplnned in a city without medicines, clothing and other important items, our whole plan got disturbed ahead as we were here as tourists and also caused us financial loss.

In response Spicejet just dealt it like 'it happens'
and refused to do anything about it than taking this as 'Feedback'
I also forwarded concerns to following apart from cust care incase cust care was not empowered enough than to say a script,

But seems like no one cares.
