Spice Jet Airlines — Spicejet flight pre poned from 6.20pm to 4.20pm and I missed the flight when I reached at 5.10

Flight preponed to 4.20 from 6.20 and Spicejet kept repeating that they send me SMS. I fly every week and woudl expect a professional airline to call and confirm and offer alternatives. I missed the flight as I reached at 5.10. Spicejet does not seem to care. They have had ad hoc changes for every flight. I have unfortunately bought tickets for every week. I would like to know if others have the same frustration.
