Spice Jet Airlines — Spicejet not refunded the money for ticket for the flights cancelled by spicejet

The ticket are booked by us last year. Spice jet has cancelled the flights. Spicejet team has committed to refund all the ticket amount . but spicejet team are doing false promise . after e-mailing/approaching 25 to 30 times. spicejet are failed to returned the money. every time spicejet team gives reason and delay the money refund.
